What do you offer for children?

We have K-Zone during our two worship services. During first service ( 9:30am-10:30am) K-Zone is a bit toned back. We offer programming for nursery and 2 yrs-Kindergarten. We also offer K-Zone during our second service ( 11:00am-12:00pm). K-Zone during first service is little less structured with a short Bible story, coloring, watching a movie, playing, etc. Second service K-Zone is a more structured mixture of Bible teaching, worship, small group, crafts, etc. K-Zone takes place downstairs either in the fellowship hall (1st-5th Grade) or in the main K-Zone hall (Nursery – Kindergarten).

What will my child learn?

Children will get a variety of interactive, age-appropriate lessons from the Bible. All of these lessons are designed to lead children to place their faith in Jesus. If you’d like to stop in for a class or two with your child, feel free. We also have a Parent Assistant program available for parents to help once every eight weeks.

Is my child safe?

While no system is fool-proof, we have done our best to ensure your child’s physical and emotional safety while they are in K-Zone. Only those individuals who present the security card with the proper number on it can pick a child up from K-Zone. Children in the nursery through Kindergarten must be checked in every Sunday by a parent or guardian. In addition to our check-in policy, we also require all of our volunteers who could potentially be alone with a child to have a nationwide criminal background check performed before they can serve.
