Middle School

So you are in middle school, that period between being a child and driving. A time where friendships are formed and broken, a time where you begin to find yourself. You might be wondering if church is really the place for you, trust me it is. The relationships and friendships formed during these years of your life, especially at church will affect your future in good or bad ways. So come check out 24@7 a program developed with you in mind. A place where you can run around and burn off energy and learn about God and how He wants a relationship with you all in the same night.

  • twenty-four@7
    • 24@7 is the main program for middle school students and it meets every Tuesday evening from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Attending this program for the first time can be stressful so here is an idea of what we do at 24@7.
      • 7:00-7:30 – Recreation time :: sometimes we play dodgeball, ultimate Frisbee, basketball, or another game which allows you to run around and burn off all the extra energy you used to get a detention last week
      • 7:30-8:00 – Lesson :: this is where Andy or another leader will present some material that will make you think about God, your relationship with Him, and your understanding of Him.
      • 8:00-8:30 – Discussion :: a time where we break into small groups and adult leaders help facilitate a discussion based around the lesson.
  • Events
    • At any given moment there are various events going on around BCC where students can be involved. These range from service projects, playing disc golf, playing video games, going on a ski trip, or attending an overnighter.
